How To Make Homemade Soap

Hi Everyone!

Thanks for visiting my site – I hope you found some information that you can use.

If you want to know how to make homemade soap at home but are a little nervous about getting started, I found a great video from a Master Soapmaker that will show you how.

This guy’s been making soap for over 10 years and has a soapmaking business. Even if you’re a total newbie at making soap, you’ll feel confident enough to get started.

Personally, I make soaps for myself and as gifts. They are way more appreciated than when I was younger and made fruitcakes every Christmas. (Really, I did!) Then I went through my sewing phase until everyone’s couch was overflowing with pillows and quillows. Now I can give something that gets used and never re-gifted.

Making soap at home is actually a lot easier than you may think. I’m not a rocket scientist or chemical engineer.

One of the hardest things to learn when beginning is pouring before you have a true trace. Knowing whether you have a true trace or a false trace is easier to show in a video than to simply read about and then you’re on your own.

I’ve been to craft shows and seen homemade soaps that sell like hotcakes. People crowd around that tent to smell the wonderful aromas which only attracted more visitors. Your biggest decision is which ‘flavor’ to buy because you’re liking just about all of them. Next thing, you decide to go for the ‘Buy 3 – Get One Free’ deal! Yup, that always gets me and I usually come home with a bag full because I just love natural soaps.

Guess what?

YOU can make the same exact products yourself at home and without any fancy equipment or supplies. All you need is someone to demonstrate how the process works, and what better way than with a video?

If you’re looking for a way to have your own home-based business, you can also make soap to sell – you could partner up with a friend. Extra money is always good!
